I appreciated the smooth laundry process with the WeWash app and the easy access to extra supplies during my stay.

Close to the train station, magnificent and unbeatable location. Close to restaurants and bars. Double room with an extra cot bed.

Excellent location and proximity to major attractions . New hotel, interesting design. Very friendly and young staff. Beautiful lobby area and lounge. There serve delicious breakfasts with a good choice of food and there is a choice for vegetarians. Tea (a large selection of good varieties), coffee, fruit - available 24 hours in the lobby area. . Also tea set served every day in the room and at check-in - in the room put a large bottle of water. Very comfortable and hospitable . Includes access to a large fitness club, which is located in the same building (you must make a deposit, which is immediately returned after visiting) . Large room, small balcony in the courtyard. Quiet enough for the city center. Rooms are cleaned clean . I want to come back here again on my next trip to Berlin! Thank you to all the staff and hotel management.

I loved it... For those tourists who are used to a full range of cosmetic products in the rooms, attention - this is not all there, but it is easy to buy everything you need in the shops nearby (on this street there are several large shopping centers - department stores, cosmetics, sports shops, many cafes and restaurants) . For more comfort, you can add shelves for gel and shampoo in the shower.

Comfortable room with great internet speed to work remotely.

I faced severe difficulties with parking, as the advertised private underground parking was full , leaving me frustrated with no convenient options. The promised amenities in my room were lacking. I was disappointed by the absence of essential kitchen utensils in the apartment, limiting my ability to prepare meals. After raising multiple concerns about these issues, the overall experience was quite stressful and left much to be desired.

Greatly enjoyed our stay, would recomand this place. Everything was great, had a very nice stay on our next Berlin visit. The double room was neat with a very comfy bed...

The location of Berliner Hof is execllent. The price is very good. Advantage for hungarian tourists: there is a hungarian girl in Reception: Zsofi. Good breakfast, friendly staff.

a) Spacious room, excellent shower, unique communal area

We found the hotel staff very helpful, giving directions, allowing us to take up our room early as it was ready, and booking theatre tickets.

Had a braw time! Great location near the U-Bahn, and the breakfast was amazing with a proper spread of healthy options. The room was pure spacious and comfy, but the bathroom door wasn’t the best for privacy. Would come back without a doubt!

The room was really spacious, tidy and clean. Everything seemed to be new. The beds were big, the bathroom was light and very clean. We even had a balcony. The nearby Europa Center was no good for any shopping, but there was a grocery store nearby to the other direction. Stations Zoologischer and Wittenberg were really close so moving around was easy.

The breakfast seemed a bit over priced compared to Berlin in general, but was OK. We only had it once for the price. We asked to have a fridge in our room and got it, but this "minibar" wasn't able to even keep a bottle of water cold over night, so don't count on having any food in your room.

I stay there with my family (with 2 children 9 and 6 years old) 6 nights.The room was very clean and spacious (about 35 m2) with a quite big bathroom and a small hall. The towels were changed each time we needed and the sheets were changed each day. The staff was very helpfull, e.g: we had the bath drain blocked and they provided to fix it immediately the day after. All was OK.The price absolutely good and the position too!

Very stylish and cute. The room was nice and had everything you'd need. They even have an umbrella that you can borrow if it rains. Great location, next to two train stations and tons of restaurants and shops.

Hi, my only problem was the noise from the street. Without Air con the windows had to be open becasue of the heat.

Very good location close to one of the main stations. The rooms were impeccably clean, and quiet despite being in one of the busiest shopping areas of the city.

The only minor thing was that the temperature of the shower did not stay constant. The pressure was great though, and the water was hot enough for a bath.
